- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 3 different colored peppers (green, red, yellow)
- 1/2 vidalia or Spanish Onion
- 200-300 g Feta Cheese
- Chop all the vegetables into cubes
- Shred or crumble the feta over the top (the Feta gives the flavor and keeps the salad from being dry, so don't even think about skipping it. You can add a little olive oil if there's not enough juice) .
