Sopsky Salat (aka: the czech salad that only Teasha liked)

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 different colored peppers (green, red, yellow)
  • 1/2 vidalia or Spanish Onion
  • 200-300 g Feta Cheese

  • Chop all the vegetables into cubes
  • Shred or crumble the feta over the top (the Feta gives the flavor and keeps the salad from being dry, so don't even think about skipping it. You can add a little olive oil if there's not enough juice) .
